Specs Of The Candle Peddler Program We will "Drop Ship" each individual order to you OR your customer Candles: Purchases at 20% off our current retail prices. Sell at OUR set retail prices! *Special Permission can be obtained if you order large orders and are selling at a craft fair or retail store. Shipping rules same as our retail site.*(please see our shipping page for details, as placing an order with us shows acceptance of our policies) Must place your first order within one (1) month from the date you join and then (1) order per QTR to stay active.** (No per order minimum) If your 1st order isn't made within the first month, your account will be cancelled. Furthermore, I understand that becoming a Candle Peddler is in no way a guaranteed income or salary. I understand that this agreement can be terminated at any time, by either party, for any reason. I understand I am responsible for all income taxes on my commissions in my state according to the Dept. of Revenue. I also understand it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to obtain my business license and retail tax license from the proper authority. (You will need to check with your state to find out what license, etc you may need.) I also understand I am responsible for reporting any income from The Candle Coop to the state and IRS. I understand the Candle Coop is in no way responsible if I do not file the appropriate taxes. I will not misrepresent The Candle Coop in any way. Any misrepresentation is subject to immediate termination. Inactivity due to ordering below minimum for the quarter will result in a $20.00 re-activation fee, I agree to pay this fee to become active again. I understand that I will receive a letter of termination if I have not met my 1st order within my first month or my minimum order requirement for a quarter (three months). I understand that I will need to pay a reactivation fee of $20 BEFORE I can become active again and be able to place another order. I understand that graphics and information about The Candle Coop will be made available to me as a peddler. I also understand these graphics are copyright of The Candle Coop and can only be used by the candle peddler during my term of agreement. I will confer with the owner if I create my own material using these graphics. I agree to the shipping, backorder, and refund policies stated on The Candle Coop's main site. I do hereby agree and warrant that I and my family will not create, help others create, own, manage, sell any competing products similar to, or receive revenue from any business and type and/or kind of company similar to The Candle Coop during the duration of this agreement and for a period of two (2) years after the termination of this agreement. (if you are a candle store please email the owner for waiver of this part of the agreement) Furthermore, I agree to not sell to other website stores, or on my own website, unless approved by the owner of The Candle Coop. (if you are a website owner please email the owner for waiver of this part of the agreement-arrangements MUST be made to sell on websites) Any company that their primary business is not strictly candles (i.e. gifts, baskets, etc. is acceptable.)
